Medical Devices for Syria's Recovery
For GIZ, YessPharma GmbH is supplying €1.67 million of medical equipment to Syrian hospitals in 2026 — X-ray systems, ultrasound, incubators and more, delivered, installed and taught where healthcare is being rebuilt.
Some deliveries follow the roads. Others have to rebuild them, in a sense — because delivering medical technology into a country recovering from years of conflict means solving problems most logistics chains never see.
In 2026, GIZ — the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit — entrusted YessPharma GmbH with a €1.67 million programme to supply medical devices for Syria. Radiography systems, ultrasound, infant incubators and more, destined for hospitals where every working machine changes what a doctor can do that day.
Our team doesn't stop at the loading dock. The photographs on this page were taken inside Syrian hospitals: our engineers installing X-ray systems, and clinicians being trained on the equipment they will use — because a device only becomes healthcare when the people beside it know it well.
Working reliably in the most challenging environments is the core of what YessPharma GmbH was built for. We are proud that GIZ — and the hospitals now unpacking this equipment — count on us for exactly that.
