Another big shipment took the road this week: pallet after pallet of medical devices — ventilators, monitors, consumables — packed, wrapped and labelled in our warehouse, each stack carrying a small sticker that says exactly what we mean: from Yess Pharma, with love.

Behind a photo like this stands weeks of work that is rarely visible: sourcing equipment from manufacturers across several countries, consolidating it, preparing export documentation and dangerous-goods labelling, and coordinating a route that ends at a hospital door far away from Meßkirch.

Logistics is not a side activity of our business — in many of the countries where we work, it is the hardest part of the job, and the part we are proudest of getting right.
